the Olmsted Green Project, Lena
New Boston's most ambitious housing
development to date.
Olmsted
Green is a 42-acre planned mixed-use,
mixed-income community currently
under construction in Mattapan,
consisting of 287 market rate townhomes
and condominiums with 153 affordable
rental units. The Olmsted Green
community will also house a job
training center, a 123-bed skilled
nursing facility, a health and fitness
facility, and accommodations for
individuals with mental illness.
DCCS,
Inc.'s involvement in Olmsted Green
is for the installation of James
Hardie fiber cement siding panels
and trim board on phase one of the
homeownership portion of the project.
Phase one consists of three buildings
which make-up 19 affordable units.
We are pleased to announce that
our installation practices of the
James Hardie product line was inspected
by a James Hardie Installtion Specialist
and DCCS, Inc. received the 2nd
highest score in the New England
Region.
