This
single-family home was in need of
drastic repairs. The owners needed
extra living space and approached
DCCS, Inc. to assist them with the
design. With our expertise in design
as well as construction, not only
were we able to design the project,
we were able to build it too.
Our
involvement on this project was
as designer and General Contractor.
The project involved redesigning
the existing first floor to accommodate
the new second floor design. After
the designs were completed and approved
by the owners we took on the construction
phase of the project. This involved
removing the existing roof and constructing
the new second floor complete with
walls, windows, doors, floors, siding
and roof. On the exterior, extensive
cosmetic work was done to enhance
the appearance.
We
accomplished our goal of completing
the project on time and with-in
budget, without sacraficing the
quality or craftsmanship.
