Location:
Andrew Square, South Boston, MA
Owner: George Parpolov
Cost: $89,000
Involvement: Designer
& General Contractor
This
old bar room located in Andrew Square
was redesigned and converted into
a pizza restaurant. DCCS, Inc. did
the entire design and construction
of this new restaurant.
The work involved a complete gut
of the existing interior of the
building and restructuring of new
interior walls.
The project involved the construction
of new interior and store front
designed by DCCS, Inc. including;
new drywalls, ceiling, floors, tile
work, doors, windows, plumbing,
electrical, HVAC systems and open
kitchen. On the exterior's brick
façade, re-pointing, repairs
and cleaning were done to enhance
its appearance. A new glass store
front was constructed.
The
job was complex and demanding, both
technically and financially. However,
we managed to complete the job on
time and within budget while maintaining
the quality.
